The Nab Tower is a tower planned for anti-submarine protection in the Straits of Dover in World War I. It was sunk over the Nab rocks east of the Isle of Wight to replace a lightship after the war, and is a well known landmark for sailors as it marks the deep water eastern entry into the Solent.
The fog signal is 2 Blasts every 30 Seconds (range 2 nmi (3.7 km))

La Nab Tower est un ancien phare construit à l’entrée du Solent. Il s’agissait à l’origine d’une tour de défense contre les sous-marins et construites durant la Première Guerre Mondiale.

La Corne de brume de la Nab tower,en cas de brouillard, émet 2 explosions toutes les 30 secondes (environ 2 milles marins (3,7 km)).
